Help your body go the distance.
Injury-Free Running is a 12 week exercise program to help you gradually strengthen the muscles that support the spine, pelvis and legs. Improve your efficiency as a runner, while reducing the stress and strain associated with common muscle weaknesses.

Developed by doctors for runners.
The health care professionals who design our programs are all experts in their field. Instead of waiting months on a waiting list for an appointment to see them or spending hundreds of dollars in their office, you can now follow their programs in the comfort of your home.
